Acesso à plataforma Gympass: resultado final – IFSP

A Pró-Reitoria de Planejamento e Desenvolvimento Institucional divulga o Resultado Final da seleção e informa que em breve lançará um novo edital para as vagas remanescentes. 

A Diretoria Adjunta de Desenvolvimento de Pessoal (DADP-DGP) informa que orientações pertinentes aos procedimentos necessários para o acesso à Plataforma Gympass, bem como outras informações relevantes estão disponíveis no Resultado Final.

O Instituto Federal de São Paulo, por meio da Pró-Reitoria de Planejamento e Desenvolvimento Institucional (PRD), acaba de lançar um edital de chamada pública para a concessão de acesso à plataforma digital Gympass aos seus servidores.

 

Inicialmente serão disponibilizadas 1.500 vagas. Os servidores contemplados terão acesso gratuito à plataforma, no plano digital, no qual serão disponibilizados no mínimo 5 (cinco) aplicativos (apps) relacionados à área de saúde, a aulas semanais e a Webinars (seminários).

Aos servidores ativos do IFSP será permitida a opção de contratação, diretamente com a Gympass, de planos superiores para si e até 3 (três) dependentes, possibilitando acesso a academias, aplicativos, aulas e atendimentos.

A iniciativa ratifica o compromisso do IFSP em promover melhores condições de trabalho e qualidade de vida aos servidores, estando diretamente associada à superação de metas institucionais, como o desafio número 6 do Plano de Desenvolvimento Institucional (PDI) vigente, que busca promover melhores condições de trabalho e qualidade de vida para os servidores.

O Pró-Reitor de Planejamento e Desenvolvimento Institucional, Bruno Luz, destaca o pioneirismo da medida e ressalta o comprometimento do IFSP em oferecer soluções que visam à saúde e ao bem-estar dos servidores e seus familiares. Segundo Bruno, “a viabilização dessa contratação foi um desafio muito grande. Estivemos reunidos com os representantes do Órgão Central SIPEC, do atual Ministério da Gestão e Inovação em Serviços Públicos e com a Coordenação, no MEC, que cuida de projetos de qualidade de vida naquele Ministério. Em ambas as oportunidades tivemos a clareza e retiramos todas as dúvidas sobre o objeto da contratação, bem como a comprovação de que se trata de uma ação alinhada à melhoria na qualidade de vida do servidor, conforme prevê a Política Nacional de Saúde do Servidor. Espero que consigamos possibilitar, em breve, o acesso a todos os servidores da instituição que assim desejarem”.

Já a Diretora-Adjunta de Desenvolvimento de Pessoal, Elide Gomes Pereti Cremonesi, acredita que investir na saúde e no bem-estar dos colaboradores impactará positivamente no clima organizacional. Elide salienta, ainda, a importância da iniciativa se estender também para os dependentes dos servidores, ampliando o alcance das vantagens para toda a família.
